Step 1: Planning and Coaching
During this phase, our Coaches will work with you to establish the intended scope of registration, delivery structure and marketing strategy. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead we design and create a customised action plan for your project with all required tasks and milestones.
Up to three individuals from your organisation will be nominated for the Initial registration with ASQA Certification Training Program.
Step 2: Governance and Administration Systems
The focus of this phase is to develop the RTO's business plan, financial plan, and supporting evidence such as: business structure, policies and procedures, executive officers, managerial staff, RTO location, physical resources, and trainers and assessors.
Our Coaches will support you during this process to gather evidence and develop required documents. We will provide you with a full set of policies and procedures that will be customised for your own RTO.
At this point a suitable Student Management System, and any other platform required to deliver training (online systems if required), will be identified for you.

Step 3: Training and Assessment Strategies and resources
We are now 6-10 weeks from your initial registration site audit. During this phase, we will finalise all learning and assessment materials to be audited. Assessment tools are validated and your marketing materials, including your website, are reviewed and updated if necessary. Your other staff members are expected to have completed the Certification Training Program before stage four.
Our Coaches will conduct a mock audit and provide further coaching to prepare for ASQA's onsite audit.
Step 4: Audit and Registration
One of our experienced coaches will be part of your team during the site audit. Our Coach will support you so you understand the requirements from the auditor, and to present the required evidence to demonstrate compliance.
After the audit, we help you to address any additional information ASQA's auditor may request, and we'll follow it through to the end. At the end of this phase, you will be listed as an RTO on the training.gov.au website.
